If, for any valid reason relating to any manufacturing or packaging defect with your purchase, we invite you to review our policies on refunds and returns.

INTERPRETATION
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this agreement) refers to The Coffee Clique, located at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on this website.
- Orders mean a request by ‘you’ to purchase ‘goods’ from ‘us’.
- Website refers to The Coffee Clique, accessible from www.thecoffeeclique.com.
- ‘You’ means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service/goods, as applicable.
Considering the fresh and perishable nature of our products, you are not entitled to cancel your order after it is successfully placed, for any reason whatsoever.
However, in abnormal cases like defect in manufacturing/packaging and shipment of wrong article, you may raise a request for return via email to [email protected].
In order to exercise your right of return/refund, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement within 48 hours of receiving the package. You can communicate your decision by:

We will take necessary action no later than 14 working days from the day on which we receive the concluded communication from your end, along with all requisites. You will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN/REFUND/CANCELLATION
In order for the goods to be eligible for such action, please make sure that:
- The goods were delivered to you within the past 48 hours only.
- The goods are in the original packaging only.
The following items/goods are not eligible for return/refund:
- Goods made to your personal specifications or clearly tailor-made for you.
- Goods which were rightly delivered with proper packaging and are fit to consume.
- Goods which are semi-used, opened, and/or consumed in whatever quantity.
- Goods which were wrongly ordered by the buyer.
- Goods which were received by the buyer more than 48 hours before raising the request.
We reserve the right to refuse returns/refunds of any good that does not meet the above conditions in our sole discretion.
Goods which were bought during any kind of sale or were a part of any offer, might have different implementation for returns/refunds, varying case to case.
You are liable to pay for the cost and risk of returning the goods back to us. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured, trusted and trackable mail service.
